This workshop will help you develop a sense of self, define your own personal objectives and evaluate the extent to which they meet your personal goals. This is a good opportunity to understand and maximize your potential in attaining your future life direction!
(Upon successful completion of the workshop, HLTH1010 Course participants will attain 1.5 course hours in the "Wellness and Personal Enrichment" of the "Activities" module. Advanced registration is required.)
